(and telling me to quit my hobbies) It was at a point where the shocks happened almost all the time…walking, sitting, driving and even sleeping.<br>- The wrist injury was new, probably from repetitive use both during jiu jitsu and work since I can’t pinpoint an exact event that caused the injury. I’ve been getting treatment for over a year now. Most recently I was involved in a car accident which set back my progress from maintenance to fixing my stiff neck and back. After my accident mobility was limited and painful. With Dr Jared’s muscle tension release, PT, and chiropractic adjustments my movement has improved. First vist was about 9 months ago, constant back & neck pain and limited movement. After the 2nd visit so much pressure released. Definitely recommend him & his wife Kelly is amazing!!

Always make you feel at home and offers recommendations on stretches and lets you know exactly what’s connected to muscles that are connected. There are so many chiropractic practices out there, but the explanatory social media videos and great reviews of OPTMZ have caught my attention.<br>You never know what kind of treatment is the most effective when in distress with your back. I have being diagnosed with thoracic and lumbar scoliosis, several lumbar bulges, and a fused sacrum… I had to found a better alternative to muscle relaxers, pain killers pills and injections.<br>I walked in to Dr. Jerald Chavez’s practice unable to go from sitting to walking without extreme lower back pain and nerve pain in the legs. I could not sit on the floor, kneel or squat,, I could not proceed with my daily chores at work or at home, or getting in and out of a vehicle without great struggle.<br>After 8 sessions of adjustments, and one session of cupping, I was actually able to fonction with my daily life. The pain caused by the thoracic scoliosis has disappeared. I’ve been going optmz state for three months and it’s been a pleasure. I’m a truck driver and lift weights about 5-6 times a week so my body is getting beat up every week but going to them is like getting your body reset every week. Dr.Jared and Kelly are super nice to see every week and Dr. Jared is very knowledgeable with his work
I was going to a different chiropractor for a few months and wasn’t noticing my symptoms getting any better. Also that chiropractor would do the same adjustments even though I would mention certain parts of my body hurting or aching and needing some extra attention.
